REFLECT:  What is the main difference between the old and new covenants?

RESPOND:  Set a timer for 3 minutes.  Using pen & paper, list the skills, abilities, and accomplishments that make you "qualified" to serve in the kingdom of God.  

*Then, demonstrate your total reliance on God by throwing the paper in the garbage.

REFLECT:  What is the purpose of a "letter of recommendation?"

RESPOND:  Identify a time in your life that you did NOT need a letter of recommendation to get the job, or establish a relationship.

*Ask Him for strength to remind you of His control over all circumstances.

REFLECT:  How do we know if we have been faithful to the work of God?

RESPOND:  List your "work references" - 3 individuals who can vouch for your faithfulness to God's work.  Then, send them a note of encouragement.

RESPOND:  Identify 3 individuals who have resisted your attempt to honor God by spreading the knowledge of Christ.  Pray for their forgiveness, receptivity, and their ultimate good.
