My definition of fear is a feeling of dred in regards to a particular situation, thing, person or idea.
As we know, fear can sometimes be debilitating. It is our reaction to fear, and what we do with that fear that helps define us. Do we let fear control us, or do we harness it and use the “awareness” we have from fear to our advantage? Fear can help us be more cautious when making a decision and actually help us make a better decision if we do not let it take control of us.
