“Let no unwholesome talk come out of your mouth…” never poo poo talk anybody else in your box regardless of the situation, whether it be about the person’s performance, attitude, appearance, whatever.
Don’t cheat. Ever. Cheating shows laziness, selfishness and immaturity
Don’t force it, but when given the opportunity, speak openly and confidently about your faith and how it fuels your drive in your training and in your life
*By having faith in knowing that the workout at hand can be exceptionally completed through the strength God provides us with.
*When the training session is completed, give thanks to God for giving the air we breath, an able body to do the workout and a life to experience such training.
*By embracing the moment… before, during, and after training. Realizing that the feeling of joy and fulfillment was possible through His spirit that work in us.
Just got my CrossFit Faith T-Shirts. Wish I could’ve worn one while watching Rich win the games last weekend. Guess I will have to go again next year to represent!
Love God’s people who come into our gym every single day. Use the talents that God has given us to bring Him glory. Seek the Lord’s heart for the fullness He so desires to offer us, that we may walk as men and women He has created us to be.

Remain positive even through adversity, encourage others and work as if you were training as worship.

Motivate others, glorify God with commitment to health and fitness; push yourself to reach new levels…in fitness and stewardship.

1. High quality movement - never shorting reps or range of motion. never counting a rep that doesn’t meet the standards. Shows integrity.
2. Always finish the wod - shows perseverance.
3. Stay positive - No matter what happens, each wod is a chance to learn about yourself and your training. Shows wisdom.
Integrity, Perseverance, Wisdom - 3 God glorifying traits.

1. Wake up everyday and praise him for another day and opportunity to change someones life in the box.
2. Push beyond the pain I am suffering knowing Jesus gave all
3. Meditate on him afterwards while I catch my breath and know if I die, I am forgiven because of Jesus….

No unwholesome talk.
What ever glory and praise I may get, direct it to Christ and what He has done for me.
Make disciples and teach them to obey!
