"Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body. 26 'In your anger do not sin': Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27 and do not give the devil a foothold." (Ephesians 4:25-27)

  1. 1: Release it and explode; yup, just throw that self control right out the door. (Not suggested)

2: Hold it is and later explode; yup, that self control thing again.

3: STOP; pray about it, release it to God because there is nothing you can do with it that would honor God.

Gal 5:22-24; But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

God bless you all; walk in His ways today!

  2. Prayer, Submission to His Will, and Empathy

  3. Think before you speak or act
    Pray and
WOD... sometimes all at the same time

  4. Step 1) Take a deep breath (or as many as needed to calm down); Step 2) Have a brief conversation with the Lord and turn your anger over to Him; Step 3) Move forward with a clean slate.

  5. Can't add anything better than the above! God bless you brothers.
