1: Release it and explode; yup, just throw that self control right out the door. (Not suggested)
ReplyDelete2: Hold it is and later explode; yup, that self control thing again.
3: STOP; pray about it, release it to God because there is nothing you can do with it that would honor God.
Gal 5:22-24; But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

Step 1) Take a deep breath (or as many as needed to calm down); Step 2) Have a brief conversation with the Lord and turn your anger over to Him; Step 3) Move forward with a clean slate.
