I have always struggled with the thought of "fear the lord" though. Was continuing reading through out Proverbs and this really helped me. 7:13, TO Fear the Lord is to hate evil.- When evil/temptation is present its the fear of the lord / the hate for those things, that keeps us going Love it! lol Have a good day folks.

Didn't think of fearing the Lord and shunning evil, but I like it. I would also say (i) getting enough sleep (ii) having fun with CF and working out (iii) find a way to relax and meditate on the Lord (prayer)
Running, Swimming, and of course Crossfit especially the olympic lifts.
