JOB: Teacher + Coach at Catholic high school in Peoria, IL
REASONS:
#1 - Getting to serve the Lord every day in two separate “missions” but with the same purpose.
#2 - Having an impact on the lives and development of young adults on a daily basis.
#3 - Watching the hard work + sacrifice pay off for the kids, either in the classroom or in sports, and seeing the look of great happiness on their face when they have reached their goals.

When I was a kid, all I ever wanted to be was a teacher. It’s the very best job in the world and watching kids learn and grow is very rewarding. My favorite part of teaching is that moment when a kid “gets it”. When it happens, my job is to get out the way and watch that kid soar. It’s AWESOME!!

Flight Nurse = The best job in the world despite being in the midst of tragedy at times because…1. He uses me to do His work. 2. I get to fly around and see His created beauty in so many ways. 3. Constant reminders that life is precious, miracles occur all around me and at times there is beauty in death.

1. I get to interact daily with young lives at such a crucial time. Working with wYLdlife and exposing as many kiddos as possible to God’s word is an even bigger blessing to me.
2. Keeps me young and on my toes!
3. Allows me to use what talents God has bestowed on me.

I am as student finishing my Masters in education. It’s the best job in the world because I get to spend the day with my son, I am learning how to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs, and I get to follow the path God put me on.
