the older I get the more dear this scripture is to me. these are promises i can stand on as the days grow darker here on earth. the song says "you can't stand on the promises if you don't know what they are"! Deuteronomy also states that God is the Rock and His work is perfect! all this helps me to enter into the Rest that He has prepared for us who love Him as is written in Hebrews 4. as always thank you, Chip, for your dedication and consistent obedience to bring us God's Word and devotion daily!
