Have you ever considered who God made when He made YOU?

List 3 characteristics God has placed within your heart that make you unique for His service.

"You formed the way I think and feel.  You put me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because you made me in such a wonderful way. I know how amazing that was!" (Psalm 139:13-14 - ERV)

  1. He gave me the gift of gab for Him; He gave me the gift to not know a stranger and the gift of discernment. I must be responsible to ask God to direct and control these gifts in my life while here on earth. God bless all you my Crossfit brothers and sisters tonight, now. Remember you are the only on of your kind; no duplicates :)

  2. Sometimes I still wonder. But He made me extremely sensitive (and im a guy lol) but I feel He gave me a big heart for Him and to share. I went thru an extremely rough time over the last 5 to 6 years and even though a lot is still the same, so much has changed at the same time. I feel as He wanted me to go thru this in order to testify to people that its never over. Anybody can change.

  3. Sensitivity. I've always cried at things that may seem silly like tv commercials. Now I cry then my Daughter laughs and every Sunday when we study the word of the lord.

Passion. When I find something I care about or truly want, I jump in with all of me. I don't look back.

Many will think this is a weakness, but I now consider it a strength that God gave me. I have struggled with addiction for the better part of 28 years. I have fought and try to fix my own problems. When I gave my life to Christ it all changed. I lost those chains of addiction that I carried with me for so long and for the first time in my life I felt loved by God, did not fear, and felt like a man. Had it not been for my struggles alone, I don't know if I could truly know what God's love felt like and how it could transform me. My life is truly transformed!

  4. Patience, perserverence and hope. He gave me patience and perserverence to go after lost souls and stand by them. He fills me with hope so I never lose Faith in His plan. In recent days I've truly come to understand how important each of us are to God's kingdom. We are servants of a Mighty God who loves us dearly. A tough teacher at times, but that's exactly what we need. He is all we need, All the time.

  6. Don't give up man! Nobody can understand how difficult recovery is until you have lived though it. It is the most difficult journey I have ever taken, but it ultimately led me to Christ. And if it weren't for Jesus I would have fountained down the same road. Don't get me wrong, I still struggle and think my addiction could help calm my fears and anxiety, but prayer puts me back on track. If ever you need a person to talk to, I am here for you. Stay strong, stay sober and God bless you.
