  1. Luke 2:52 has been my driving verse for several years of my life now. As it says on my heading of my personal website www.thedustintaylor.com.

The way I have applied and related to that scripture, is to not seperate the aspects from each other.

These areas of my life are interconnected and I apply my purpose and passion to all these areas. By doing so, whatever area I am focusing my attention on is interconnected to the other areas.

I am able to constantly improve upon these aspects when I focus my growth and am led by that verse.

I plan on Constantly Improving my wisdom by learning to fear God and Get Rooted in his word through www.getrooted.org and fellowship at my local church.

I plan on Constantly Improving my stature by both doing Crossfit and training others as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.

I plan on Constantly Improving my favor with God by repenting of my sins and seeking His guidance in my everyday life and sharing his message as a Missionary at Soundsgood Ministries.

I plan on Constantly Improving my favor with men by engaging in business through my company Analysis Pros LLC and help others in ways I am able to.

Thank you for your continued faithfulness with Crossfit Faith, I am a faithful follower and it has been a huge benefit to my life. Your work is not in vain!

  3. 1-To revere and Honor God w/ them.
2-Use the gifts He gave us to spread His word in our positions.
3-To know that we cannot do any WOD w/ out honoring and praising the Lord for the joy of our health/fitness. Luke12:48 "to whom much is given, much is expected"
4-By being the example and not succumbing to what is 'socially' accepted and sinful.
Honoring Him in ALL we do.

  6. Purpose is the key to progress in all areas of life.

For most of us, family is our central obligation and our primary role is that of husband/father, wife/mother, etc. As a good friend, whom I deeply respect once told me, "Your family is your ministry."

This is also true of our profession. We meet people each day who may never set foot inside a church building. So it is our responsibility to demonstrate Christlike character in all interactions.

Of course we are all striving for greater physical and spiritual strength. Fitness is another opportunity to "walk the talk" with regard to being disciplined, and yes this body is the only way we can serve God and love others.

Our social life is an extension of our inner life. The people we come into contact with provide a chance to live out the values we are committed to such as sobriety, fidelity, morality, etc.

  7. Interesting WOD as I actually have what I call the four "F's" at work. They are: Faith, Family, Fitness, and Fundamentals. In order to live correctly we must first have a personal relationship with our Savior so we know the path before us. Secondly, we must love, honor, and cherish our family as we are called to do. Thirdly, we must train our bodies and prepare a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1). Once all of these are complete, we can focus on the fundamentals of our careers in order to be a light to others no matter what your profession may be.

We all have a mission and we must train daily to meet the objectives!
