"For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. 12 It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13 while we wait for the blessed hope—the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good. 15 These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you."
What a great passage. I'm dealing with these concepts in my professional life - the line between running a successful business and being a good witness can be difficult
ReplyDeletetrue, very true!
ReplyDeleteGod has taught me team spirit in ways I never realized inolved a sense of team spirit. He taught me that in relationships, family and intimate, you are part of a team and must work together to help other members of the "team" as well as making sure the "team" succeeds. Relationships arent about getting what you want out of it. put others first and all good needs will be met.
ReplyDeleteGod has taught me that in a relationship, family and intimate, you are part of a team and must work together only when all together doing everything possible to win it will be given.
