We do the spiritual WOD as a group.
Confidence is hard to come by and hard to keep up with without having the Lord in our hearts everyday. I feel more confident in my spiritual journey each day I spend with the Lord. I have learned my small group of buddies at church help build my confidence as we all grow together in our brotherhood with Christ.
