  1. Defeat keeps you humble. It reminds you that you are not invincible and that God is truly your strength. Defeat also forces you to work harder and become stronger and better then you thought you could be.

  2. Defeat makes you examine your priorities, evaluate your plan, and take stock of all that you thought that you knew. Defeat causes the ultimate inspection of the soul and through that exposure, you will know if you are grounded on the "Rock" or if you live a life built on sand...God Bless...

  3. Defeat exposes our weakness and allows us to draw on God for strength. It also refocuses our goals. It shows us that God is only constant thing. We can lose all things but "I will never leave nor forsake you" and "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever more"! Great Word, Coach Pugh!

  4. Defeat humbles us and reminds us of our priorities in life...the song 'Victory in Jesus' is the only true "win" that matters
