Plus, I now have more motivation to train. I’ll remember Romans 5 when I’m feeling it in the next workout.

Our pastor shared yesterday how GOD answers every prayer not always how we want them to be answered and that does not mean there won’t be pain in the answered prayer.

I train b/c I can. Who knows when I won’t be able to, so b/c I can, I will and pray that GOD is blessed, glorified through my life which is better in all areas through training as an athlete and as a coach.

Thank you for having this website. It has truly been a blessing. It is great to know that there are other people that love God and love to train. I train because my body is a temple. God gave me one body. I am going to be grateful for it and treat it with respect. I also train because it is a great outreach. You meet new people everyday doing the WOD and pushing a total stranger. Why not use that opportunity to ask that person if there is something you could pray for them for or invite them to church.
