Jesus. Prayed for deliverance in the garden before his impending death. The blessing being obvious in hindsight, the opportunity for us to enjoy God forever

Gideon certainly didn’t want to lead Israel…but he turned out to be a great warrior with God’s strength.

Joseph (son of Jacob) is a great example of someone who lost and ended up blessing his family and nation in the end.

Job was certainly in the midst of a losing battle, but because he continued to follow God and seek his will, he was rewarded many times over. God’s rewards us when we seek his will, even more so when we seek his will in the midst of dire circumstances.
