  2. On the surface it would seem to be easier to hold onto resentment, as opposed to doing the hard work of forgiveness. Plus, stored resentment seems to authorize bad behavior toward those who did the hurting and it can give an excuse for our own stuckness. All shown as false once you can experience the grace of forgiveness. "Forgive us our debts as we (in the same way, to the same degree-what if God only forgave my nearly everpresent sin to the same degree I can forgive those who hurt me) forgive our debtors."

    2. Have not found who God wants YOU to be.
    3. Failure to communicate, the offender may not be aware that they hurt you.

  10. My resentment issues are injustice, I think too much on something small, and pride. I think everyone has pride as a problem because that is so tough to let go of. At least in my opinion. Have a great day everyone and keep the faith.

    I do think this is generally one of the things I'm better at, but I'm not sure it's for the right reason. I think it's mostly that I just tend to forget about things or get over them, even if they aren't resolved.
