  2. 1. Believing in the Miracle Maker (Mat 9:2).
    2. Take action by going to Him (Mat 9:20).
    3. Confess your need to Him (Mat 9:18).

  3. 1. Submission - (vs.18) "a ruler came in and knelt before him,"
    2. Belief - (vs.28) "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to him, "Yes, Lord."
    3. Prayer - (vs. 38) "therefore pray earnestly to the Lord"

  4. Very powerful clip...Verse 2, their faith...Verse 9, doing what God tells us to do without question or comment...Verse 36, true sincerity...Charlotte Elliott wrote one of the most famous hymns of all-time in 1843..."Just As I Am"...when a person doesn't want forgiven or doesn't think they were wrong or tries to justify what they did...this can be forgiven and I have forgiven...but, living with someone who has broken your trust would be a life that probably would be nonproductive as it relates to Christ
