  1. Amen!!...very challenging to do, but definately is all that we can do!...there is not a person reading this devotion that doesn't relate somehow to the astericks above...To God Be The Glory and Hear Me When I Call come to mind as spiritual songs

  2. A new life in Christ is defines as a commitment to embracing Christ through a rejection of self through an understanding of our imperfection and natural inclination to be sinful at our very core. A new life in Christ is hopeful and loving. It is a commitment to the salvation through grace alone which is infectious to those around you. It is a drive to do for others and spread the word not because we have hope of attaining forgiveness or love from God but that we know our salvation is not ours and we desire to share this hope with all.

I am made whole through Christ and born again through his grace and sacrifice.

  3. A new life in Christ is characterized by the outward expression of Christ in our hearts. If the Holy Spirit dwells in our hearts, then we will turn from our worldly ways and try to live as Jesus. Now don't get me wrong, we are all sinners and by no means perfect, but we'll strive to live for Christ. With a new life in Christ, we spread God's love as a byproduct of the love we feel from him.
