Spend time in prayer with your training partners prior to, and after, your training session today. If you don’t have anyone to train with, pray with someone over the phone. Consider using Josh Everett’s “Athlete’s Prayer” before your train:

“Lord please allow me to perform to the best of my physical abilities, give my best effort, and remain injury free. Amen.”
