Sorry ladies Corrie and Becky had to lisetn to me complain today! The cleans are never effortless for me. 45,55,60,65,70 the form seemed to come together the heavier the weight got. & RyanAwesome Job!! I was training for an ultra in 2005 with much more voulme. Obviously your method works, you both crossed the finish line and with a great time.
