  13. Hey congrats. I threw some votes your way. If I ever leave the icbcloek known as Long Island NY and head west Ill be sure to say hey to you guys.   14. Sorry ladies Corrie and Becky had to lisetn to me complain today! The cleans are never effortless for me. 45,55,60,65,70 the form seemed to come together the heavier the weight got. Karen is not a friend of mine 10:38 with the 8lb ball at the 10 target, again not without effort! Travel safe Dunkin's!!!

  15. & RyanAwesome Job!! I was training for an ultra in 2005 with much more voulme. Obviously your method works, you both crossed the finish line and with a great time. Can you post your training logs or give me a sample 2 week workout? It is really hard for me to understand without seeing. Thank you.
